Again may we all ask ‘why’ there is/was no signage at the Delph to inform motorists…

I can not see any flood warnings on the EA website – am I missing something again….
13:10utc – Checked if anything on the famous ‘Facebook Page’ but Nil – checked PCC and also Nil results…somebody know something….now I/we miss ‘StreetLife’!!!
