Yes the road is ‘closed’ to traffic – except a scooter decided it did not apply to them late this afternoon. There were ‘dozens’ of people walking and enjoying the spring weather.
Plenty of signage indicating the ‘road is closed’
Scooter came along the B1040 went around the barriers and carried on their merry way.
