This afternoon there is a meeting between The Patients Participation Group (PPG) and Management of the New Queen Street Surgery (NQS). Last month the Chair wrote to NQS with a list of questions and concerns that have been raised over a period of time.
I have seen the comprehensive reply, however until today’s meeting has taken place and I have permission to publish their response it would be wrong for me to do do at this point other than comment that every question was responded to.
