The sun is out….Spring is in the air – It is time for our pet friends Suntan & Timmy the Tortoises to come out of their hibernation. Yesterday Connie put their boxes out in the sunshine and within 10 minutes out pops a head….blinking away – wondering what has been happening. One thing is for sure – the problems of the world do not have any effect on these two. Suntan (the larger is female around 80 years old) Timmy (the smaller is male and around 70 years old). We have had them for 46 years….
They only like quality newspapers to read! – Don’t do Crosswords!
Drink only once a year when like now they first wake up – afterwards get all liquid from food they eat.
