What a ‘wonderful’ Music-On-The-Square’ was yesterday. However, at 7am in the morning our Street Cleaner was greeted (quite often) by the Buttercross covered in vomit, curry and rubbish, he cleaned it all up with some help from a concerned member of the public.
At the end of the MOTS event again the area was quite badly covered in beer cans and other rubbish – this is the way some people say thank you. There was plenty of bin liner and bins around.
Our volunteers again cleared everything up.
Today clean and tidy for how long.
