| Today, my Police colleagues have rescued 3 dogs that were left in cars, in direct sunshine. I am pleased to report all dogs were fine. If you should see a Dog in a car during this hot weather period please report it on the usual Police number. If the dog looks in distress please call 999. Following on from a previous Police Facebook message I would like to remind people that swimming in lakes, rivers etc can be very dangerous. There has been a fatality in the Kings Lynn area just a few days ago. And with this weather continuing the temptation can be strong, to go for a swim. Please stick to authorised swimming pools, with lifeguards in attendance. Pcso J, Hall |
