The owner is not ‘local’, it now becomes remit of FDC and the DVLA, maybe? being a ’53’ plate, some 13 years old, someone could well have abandoned the vehicle.
It is for the authorities to deal with.
There are windows open and not sure if it ‘locked’ – maybe again hoping to have it stolen!!!!!
