As Christmas is now only two weeks away (not that we’re counting!), we’re giving you a friendly reminder about how you can contact us should you require police assistance this festive season.
Always call 999 in an emergency (that’s when a serious offence is in progress or has just been committed, or someone is in serious danger / harm)
For non-emergencies, we recommend reporting online
(just visit https://orlo.uk/K1w9G and click ‘report’).
This is exactly the same as calling 101, but can be much quicker and efficient for you (we’ll get back to you within 48 hours!).
Alternatively, you can call us on 101 if you do not have online access.
You can also speak to operators on our live web chat whenever there is a green circle in the bottom right hand corner of our website. This service should be used in non-emergencies – if you need advice, support / guidance, or to report a non-urgent crime
If you need advice or information, you can also browse this section of our website, which is host to a whole of range of support: https://orlo.uk/XYNCv
To give us more information about a crime that has already been reported, you can also do this online here: https://orlo.uk/uYqt7
Help us help keep Cambridgeshire safe this Christmas! Only call 999 in an emergency and help keep our phone lines free for those who need us most.
