I and many others know the difficulty in reporting crime, it is not access – it is the amount of time it takes to report something fairly simple.
Not the Police fault – they have to comply with a national system.
Today I attended a meeting at which our Neighbourhood Police were present, they informed me that they had only one report of ASB (anti-social-behaviour) in the past month.
We know that the Police respond on reports – so I am asking – however arduous it maybe –
