The Agenda published below on 06th December.
Any member of the public can speak to the Town Council, there is an allocated slot of 15 minutes.
If one member wishes to speak they can do so for the whole 15 minutes.
If two members then they each have 7½ minutes each
If five members the they each have 3 minutes.
Any subject which you think the Town Council is either responsible for or can help or assist in any way can be brought up.
Rememeber however – Councillors are not normally allowed to give questions and/or answers at the Public Forum. You may ask for a reply from the Council if it is relevant.
